If you’re vegetarian, vegan, thinking about becoming a vegan or vegetarian, or just looking for a healthier source of protein then look no further than the Mung Bean You probably never heard of Mung Beans! They are not particularly popular to the USA but you can find them in most health food stores. They are part of the legume family. These beans may be small but are packed with lots of nutrients.


In this video I’m going to give you my top four reasons why you should add this to your nutritional pyramid of natural nutrients.

Mung Beans are one of the healthiest sources of plant protein out there, up to 25% percent of their chemical structure is made up of amino acids. Pretty impressive for a plant. When legumes like Mung Beans are substituted for other protein sources, studies have shown they can help lower the risk for many chronic diseases. They are a highly absorbable protein content which makes it a favourable choice for vegans or vegetarians.
